Model meaning
Use environmental conditions
- Surrounding air temperature: -15℃ ~ + 40℃;
- Elevation: 1,000 m and below;
- Humidity conditions: the daily average value is not more than 95%, and the daily average value of water steam pressure shall not exceed 2. 2kPa;
- Monthly mean shall not be more than 90% and monthly steam pressure shall not exceed 1. 8kPa.
- Earthquake intensity: not more than 8 degrees; no obvious pollution such as corrosive or combustible gases.
Note: If the above normal use conditions are exceeded, the user can negotiate with the Company.
Installation, storage, transportation, and acceptance
Use and fault handling
a. The ring network cabinet is packaged with a single wooden box at the factory.No dumping, inversion, and violent vibration are allowed during storage.Move is not allowed to push and pull directly on the ground in no lifting device, can pad into the cylinder under the packing box pillow, to slide to the installation position.
b. Prevent the cabinet from getting rain and damp.
c. Ring network cabinet shall be placed in well ventilated places and can prevent the intrusion of various harmful gases.It is strictly prohibited to store in a warehouse with chemicals, acid and alkali.
1. Check the packaging for damage before unpacking, and pay attention to protect the products when unpacking.
2. Check the appearance of the cabinet; check whether the components are damaged and the accessories comply with the packing list.
3. Check that the random files are safe.
a, Product use instructions and instructions of all components in the cabinet;
b, Factory test report;
C, work certificate;product qualification certificate;
d, packing list;
e, secondary connection diagram.
Installation and commissioning
- Place the ring network cabinet on the installed foundation, neatly arranged and adjusted, and then fastened with fasteners.
- When installing the main bus, open the bus room for installation. The contact surface of the connecting bus shall be flat and free of dirt.
- The grounding of the ring network cabinet shall be reliably grounded, and the grounding circuit check shall be conducted.
- Commissioning shall be conducted according to the operating instructions of the ring network cabinet and the instructions of all components in the cabinet.
- After the installation and commissioning, the respective switching elements and the anti-error operation mechanism shall be operated for 5 times. No abnormal phenomenon is found, then the switching machinery shall be considered to be in normal operation.
- Inspection before transmission
The ring network cabinet shall comprehensively check the electrical performance, insulation level and wiring correctness of all the components in the cabinet before the power transmission, and check all the normal functions before being put into operation.
During normal operation, regardless of the inlet cabinet or the outlet cabinet, the load switch shall be in the closed position, the ground knife is in the switch position, and the cabinet is closed and locked.
In case of failure and maintenance in the incoming cabinet, the incoming power supply should be cut off first, divide the load switch, check the live monitor on the cabinet, close the ground knife and open the door for maintenance.
In case of failure and maintenance of the outlet cabinet, break the load switch in the cabinet first, close the grounding knife, and open the front door for maintenance, when the main bus is in the live state.
Maintenance and maintenance
- Ring network cabinet shall be maintained and repaired under the following circumstances；
a,Check the product insulation levels after 5 years of operation；
b,After the load switch is disconnected for 100 times, the main circuit resistance, load switch power, static contacts and auxiliary contacts shall be checked.
- In general, the ring network cabinet should be maintained and repaired after the power failure.
