◆ Auxiliary Circuit Scheme

Structure Profile
◆ The cabinet of the AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the general cabinet type, and the frame is partially welded with 8MF cold bent steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated steel production factory to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.
Passenger parts of the general cabinet are designed according to the module principle and have 20-mode mounting holes.High general purpose coefficient, can enable the factory to achieve pre-production.Shorten the current manufacturing demand, but also improve the work efficiency.
◆ The design gives full consideration to the heat dissipation problem in the cabinet operation.There are different numbers of heat sink holes at the upper and lower ends of the box. When the electrical elements in the cabinet get heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper end slot hole. The cold air is constantly supplemented into the tank by the lower end slot hole, so that the sealed cabinet from the bottom to top into a natural wind channel to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
◆ According to the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design, using the method of gold division ratio to design the cabinet outside the body type and the division size of each part, to make the whole cabinet beautiful and generous, with a new face.
◆ The door rotary shaft movement is connected to the structure compared with the chain.Easy to install the standard cylinder.At the folding edge of the door, the travel strip between the closing time and the frame has a certain compression trip, which can prevent the direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improves the protection level of the door.
◆ The instrument door equipped with electrical elements is connected with multiple soft copper wire and the frame, and the installation parts in the cabinet are connected with roller screws. The whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.
◆ The surface of the cabinet adopts spray plastic, strong adhesion, good texture, the whole cabinet two sublight color, avoiding the glare effect, and creating a more comfortable visual environment for the personnel on duty.
◆ The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus on the site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with hanging rings for lifting and loading.

Installation And Use
After the product arrives at the receiving place, it should first check whether the packaging is intact and not damaged, timely inform the relevant departments to find out the reason, and for the products that are not installed immediately.It shall be placed in the appropriate place according to the normal conditions of use.
◆ Product Installation
The installation of the product shall be carried out according to the installation diagram (see attached Figure 2). The foundation groove steel and bolts shall be provided by the user. The main bus installation shall be smooth, treated, coated with neutral Vaseline or other measures, and then bolt tightened.
◆ After The Product Is Installed, The Inspection And Test Of The Following Items Shall Be Carried Out Before Being Put Into Operation.
◇ Check whether the cabinet decent paint has fallen off, whether the cabinet is dry and clean.
◇ Whether the operating mechanism of the electrical elements is flexible, it should not be stuck or have excessive operating force.
◇ Whether the disconnection of main electrical components is reliable and accurate, and whether the disconnection of auxiliary connections is reliable and accurate.
◇ Whether the change ratio and polarity of the instrument indicator and the transformer are correct.
◇ Whether the bus is well connected, whether the insulation support, fittings and accessories are firmly installed and reliable.
◇ Whether the auxiliary connection meets the requirements, whether the melting core specification of the fuse is correct, whether the fixed value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate.
◇ Whether the connection of the circuit meets the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.
◇ The protection circuit system meets the requirements.
◇ The insulation resistance measured with a 500 V MR gauge shall not be less than 10 MR.
◆Use Precautions
◇ This product is not wall installation, single face (front) operation, double-sided door maintenance low voltage distribution cabinet.The maintenance channel and cabinet door of the product must be assessed by the qualified professional personnel to enter or open for operation, inspection and maintenance.
◇ The air circuit breaker, after multiple closing and separation, will make the main contact locally burn and produce carbon substances, and increase the contact electric sun. The air circuit breaker should be maintained and repaired regularly according to its operating instructions.
◇ The isolation switch shall not be closed with load.

◆ Main circuit distribution system diagram and layout diagram, rated working voltage, rated working current, fixed current of the protection device, and necessary technical parameters.
◆ Mark the incoming and outgoing line cable specifications.
◆ Model, specification and quantity of the main electrical components in the switchgear.
◆ If the bus bridge or bus groove is required between the switch cabinet or into the incoming cabinet, the specific required data such as span and ground height shall be indicated.
◆ Switswitchcabinet shall be specified in detail when used under special environmental conditions.
◆ Switch cabinet surface color and other specific requirements.
