Daily maintenance

1. In order to protect the insulation performance of the insulating oil installed in the high-voltage generator and the machine head, generally, the observation window should not be opened and the surrounding fixing screws should not be loosened at will to prevent the oil from absorbing moisture or falling dust to reduce the insulation performance.

2. Check whether the surrounding lighting, heat dissipation, and dust removal equipment of the transformer is intact, and wipe off the dust on the transformer body and the porcelain bottle with a clean cloth.

3. Check the load switch on the high-voltage side of the transformer to ensure flexible operation, good contact, and lubrication for the transmission part.

4. Pull open the high-voltage grounding knife, check that the grounding is in the disconnected position, then close the high-voltage load switch, let the transformer test run, and remove the high-voltage side identification plate, pay attention to the scene when disconnecting or closing the high-voltage load switch of the transformer There must be more than two people.

5. When new oil needs to be replaced, the assistance of the local power department should be obtained to check the performance of the new oil, and the insulation strength of the new oil should be no less than 25000V/2.5mm; and the oil insulation strength in the combined machine head should be 30000V/ 2.5 mm or more.

6. Use a 2500V shaker to measure the insulation resistance of the transformer's high and low voltage coils (to ground and between phases), and confirm that it meets the requirements (at a room temperature of 30℃, the high voltage side of the 10KV transformer is greater than 20MΩ, and the low voltage side is greater than 13MΩ. Before testing, it should be connected The ground wire should be discharged after the measurement is completed.

7. The high-voltage generator or the combined machine head must have a good grounding wire. You should always use an ohmmeter to measure whether the shell, the console shell, and the external grounding wire are connected, and tighten the grounding bolts.
